Our Hiring Process
Once you respond to an ad for a driving position, our recruiters will pre-qualify you by asking you certain questions. If at that time we determine that you are qualified for the position we will require you to complete either our on line application or apply over the phone. We will then electronically submit the application to the Safety Department for the company you are applying for. The safety department will then email or fax you releases to sign. If you do not return the signed releases your application will go no further. When you return the signed release, your reports will be run and your employment history will be verified after which you will either be offered the job and given transportation arrangements to Orientation or you will be informed that you do not qualify for that position.
If you do not qualify for the job that you applied for, don’t worry, we hire for 35 different companies and we will continue to provide you with options.
